Hilton water park was 4 km away from the venue. We parked the car on-site. The management makes you feel at home. We enjoyed everything about the hotel: food and people...

Being all inclusive, there was only one functioning restaurant and people had to queue up to get in!!! The food was mediocre, the plates and spoons were dirty!!!

My experience at the Gardenia Plaza Hotel and Resort was really amazing.I Went there with my parents who had a great time. I wanted to make my father a surprise as it was his birthday requesting a cake and for my mother I requested a bouquet of flowers. When we checked in, we were treated like vip guests, receiving cocktails and being treated in a very very nice way by the hotel guests. When we arrived in the room my parents were really surprised by the gifts found there, the cake for my father and the bouquet of flowers for my mother both of them from the hotel side. The hotel has 2 big swimming pools where you can go and relax.The staff are really nice,always smiling and ready to help you with anything. The beach and Naama Bay street- which is really amazing - can be reached by shuttle buses from the hotel. It takes like 15-20 minutes to go there. I would recommend this resort to everybody who would like to have a great holiday and to relax on the beach of the amazing Red Sea.

There is a discrepancy between what is offered in the website (all- inclusive) and what the reality is. The food and soda/cafe/beer (in just two places in the hotel) constituted what is called all inclusive. Everything else was paid, pizza, popcorns, holiday dinner, beers in the pooling tables, etc. Women are discriminated in the places where men are seated. For example, playing pool is restericted to men, women are forced out with not excuses.

During my Christmas vacation, I had a great time in this hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The location was ideal, close to all the tourist hotspots and attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel had fantastic entertainment options, including live music and dance performances. I also enjoyed the spa services offered at the hotel.

I must say that the food quality could have been better. It lacked variety, and the taste was average.

The quality of food served at the hotel was poor. We expected more variety and better quality for a four-star hotel.
